Enjoying each moment

Trying to figure out how to sell yourself is such a challenge. I don't think we're all natural salespeople. Anyway... Here goes. I'm very much a self-made man. I've had a life of struggle, but it's built character (or so I've been told). I've been very fortunate to find what I do for a living fulfilling and rewarding. I've found that the greatest cure to a rotten day is time spent with my students. It's so hard to allow life's little annoyances get you down when you see the light bulb of imagination go on in a young person. I guess you could say I love what I do. I have used a lot of my life planning what I thought would be the ideal life, but as they say "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry". I worked really hard on developing a career and making myself into a quality man worthy of marriage. I spent a lot of time searching for a woman who was as committed to staying married till death. Things didn't quite work out as I had dreamed, and I've given up planning my life away. At the moment I'm focused on meeting a woman who's down to earth, sane, and can appreciate a good guy although as time passes, I'm beginning to believe that women don't like good men. Life... So complicated! I know you may disagree. If you do, change my mind.
